1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the IntelFortes platform and the immediate accessibility of our proprietary database and intelligence tools, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as outlined in the Exceptional Circumstances section below.
2. Immediate Value Delivery
IntelFortes delivers value instantly upon purchase. The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the platform's search capabilities, intelligence database, and all tools included in your selected plan. Because this service is delivered and consumed instantly -- including search access, API endpoints, and dashboard tools -- the transaction cannot be reversed once access has been granted.
3. Data Integrity Disclaimer
IntelFortes indexes data from third-party sources including leaked databases, dark web archives, paste sites, and public records. We act as a search intermediary and do not originate, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party data. Specifically:
- The absence of records for a particular query does not constitute grounds for a refund
- Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete historical data sourced from third-party breaches does not constitute grounds for a refund
- Data indexed from external sources may be falsified, redacted, or modified at the original source
- IntelFortes makes no representation that any specific data set, record, or intelligence will be available or accurate at the time of your search
4. What This Policy Covers
This no-refund policy applies to all products and services offered by IntelFortes, including but not limited to:
- Analyst License ($299) -- single installation, personal use
- Enterprise License ($799) -- single installation, agency/organization use
- Developer License ($2,497) -- unlimited installations, resell rights
- Auto-Update Engine ($59/month subscription)
- Managed VPS Hosting ($45/month subscription)
- Professional Installation ($99 one-time service)
5. Subscription Cancellation
For recurring subscriptions (Auto-Update Engine and Managed VPS Hosting), you may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard. However:
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Access and services continue until the end of your current billing cycle
- Cancelled subscriptions cannot be partially refunded
- Upon cancellation of Auto-Update, your software continues on its current version without future updates
- Upon cancellation of Managed VPS Hosting, you will receive 30 days to migrate your data before the server is decommissioned
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund or credit if:
- A verified technical failure on our platform renders the service completely unusable for a continuous period exceeding 48 consecutive hours, documented with timestamps and evidence
- A duplicate payment was charged due to a verified technical error on our payment processor
Any such refund is issued at the sole discretion of mediaXtreme LLC and does not set precedent for future claims. Configuration issues, user-side network problems, or third-party data quality are explicitly excluded from exceptional circumstances. To request an exception, you must contact support@intelfortes.com within 14 days of the incident with detailed documentation.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your financial institution without first contacting our support team will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your license key and platform access
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Blacklisting of associated email addresses and payment accounts
- Full contest of the chargeback with transaction documentation, IP logs, access logs, and proof of service delivery
We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with full transaction documentation, correspondence records, access timestamps, and proof of delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact support@intelfortes.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund Policy. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
